Welcome to SecureFlow, a hosting service provided by SecureFlow LLC, located at 1942 Broadway Street, Suite 314c, Boulder, Colorado. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website, services, and products. By using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

1. Definitions
“We”, “Us”, or “Our” refer to SecureFlow LLC.
“You”, “Customer”, or “User” refer to any individual or entity using SecureFlow services.
“Services” refer to all hosting products provided by SecureFlow, including but not limited to shared hosting, VPS hosting, dedicated servers, and cloud solutions.

2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use our services. By using SecureFlow, you confirm that you are legally able to enter into binding agreements.

3. Account Registration
You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update your account as needed. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account.

4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use our services for any unlawful purpose or to host, share, or distribute harmful or illegal content, including malware, copyrighted material without permission, or abusive material. Abuse of our network, spamming, or interference with service functionality is prohibited. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account violating this policy.

5. Payments and Billing
All services are billed in advance. Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination. Fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in our Refund Policy.

6. Service Availability
We aim to provide 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance or unexpected downtime may occur.

7. Backups
While we may offer backup services, you are solely responsible for maintaining your own backups. We are not liable for data loss.

8. Termination
You may cancel services at any time via your client portal. We may suspend or terminate services for violation of these Terms or for actions deemed harmful to our platform or other users.

9. Limitation of Liability
SecureFlow LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our services.

10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold SecureFlow LLC, its owner Youness Oulaouaina, employees, and affiliates harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the services or violation of these Terms.

11. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services after updates implies your acceptance of the revised Terms.

12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, United States.
