1. 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee (New Customers Only)
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for first-time purchases of shared hosting, VPS hosting, and reseller hosting. If you’re not satisfied, you may request a full refund within 30 days of the initial purchase.
This guarantee does NOT apply to:
Domain registrations or transfers
Dedicated servers
Licenses (cPanel, DirectAdmin, etc.)
Add-ons or custom services
Renewal payments
2. No Refunds After 30 Days
Beyond the initial 30-day window, all payments are non-refundable, including renewals, upgrades, and one-time setup fees.
3. Ineligible Refund Scenarios
Refunds will not be granted if:
Your service was suspended or terminated for violating our Terms of Service or Acceptable Use Policy
You request a refund due to abuse reports, DMCA takedowns, or legal complaints
The issue falls outside SecureFlow’s responsibility (e.g., third-party app/plugin errors)
You purchased a service using cryptocurrency (non-refundable due to volatility and irreversible nature of crypto payments)
4. Billing Errors
If you believe there’s been a billing error, please contact us within 7 days of the charge. We will investigate and resolve it promptly.
5. How to Request a Refund
Send an email to contact@secureflow.host with your:
Full name
Service ordered
Invoice ID
Reason for cancellation
Approved refunds are processed within 7 business days to the original payment method.
6. Chargebacks and Disputes
Initiating a chargeback without contacting us first will result in immediate suspension of your account. We reserve the right to dispute chargebacks and report fraudulent activity.
